Forgebot Enforcement
Forgebot, Forge's AI assistant, includes built-in content filters that automatically screen orders for prohibited content. Forgebot will:
- Refuse to generate designs for absolutely prohibited items.
- Flag items requiring human review and route them for manual approval.
- Prompt for age verification when adult content is requested.
- Log all rejected requests for security review.
Attempts to circumvent, jailbreak, or manipulate Forgebot's safety filters are a serious violation of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account termination.
API Enforcement
Orders submitted through the Forge API are subject to the same prohibited items policy. API consumers must:
- Implement their own content filtering in addition to Forge's server-side checks.
- Not attempt to bypass content filters through encoding, obfuscation, or prompt injection.
- Accept responsibility for all orders submitted through their API keys, including orders generated by AI agents or automated systems.
- Report any filter bypass vulnerabilities to Forge's security team immediately.
Consequences of Violations
Violations of this policy may result in the following consequences:
- First violation (non-absolute): Warning and order cancellation.
- Second violation (non-absolute): Temporary account suspension (30 days) and forfeiture of pending payouts.
- Third violation (non-absolute): Permanent account termination.
- Absolute prohibition violation: Immediate and permanent account termination, forfeiture of all pending payouts, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
Forge reserves the right to escalate consequences at its sole discretion based on the severity and nature of the violation.
